Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped to the shipping address you provided at the time you submit your order. It is solely your responsibility to carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order. We will not accept any responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by you. 

Shipping Providers

We may deliver your order using third-party shipping service providers or our own logistics fleet. The choice of shipping method will be based on the delivery location and the nature of the products ordered. This helps us ensure that your order is delivered in a timely and efficient manner. 

Partial Shipments

We reserve the right to deliver your order in instalments. Each instalment is treated as a separate delivery. The terms of our Agreement apply to each instalment independently. If there is an issue with the delivery of an instalment, please notify us immediately.

Geographic Shipping Limitations

Please note that we currently only deliver products within the mainland United Kingdom. We do not service the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and certain remote areas. Delivery Timeframes

Although we make our best effort to ensure that your order is delivered on time, we will not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred by you or any other person due to any delays in delivery. You understand and accept that all delivery time frames we indicate are estimates only. We assume no responsibility for any delays in delivery.

Shipping Fees, Handling Charges and Taxes

Unless expressly stated otherwise in our Terms and Conditions, you will be solely responsible for paying all shipping fees, handling charges, and applicable taxes on your order. We will display your order’s applicable shipping fees, handling charges, and taxes on the checkout page. By submitting your order, you agree to pay all such applicable fees.

Unavailability for Delivery

Once a delivery date and time have been mutually agreed upon and you are not available at the shipping address at the agreed time to receive the order, or if you fail to provide adequate and suitable instructions for delivery, you may be held responsible for any additional charges incurred as a result of failed delivery attempts and/or storage of the goods. Such additional charges may include but are not limited to, costs for repeated delivery attempts and any storage fees incurred due to the delay in delivery caused by your unavailability or failure to provide suitable delivery instructions. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to ensure your availability at the agreed time and location for delivery or to provide suitable instructions for delivery to avoid incurring these additional charges. We reserve the right to invoice you for any such additional charges, which will be payable by you.

Kerbside Delivery

You understand and agree that in certain instances, only kerbside delivery may be feasible. In such cases, the delivery driver shall be solely responsible for ensuring the safe and lawful delivery of the products to the kerbside of the shipping address provided by you. We shall not bear any liability or responsibility for ensuring door-to-door delivery at all times. The method of delivery will be determined by the Company based on the feasibility and practicality of the circumstances. You agree to accept kerbside delivery when door-to-door delivery is not possible and release us from any liability or claims arising from non-delivery beyond the kerbside. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance if only kerbside delivery is available for a particular order. However, this may not always be possible due to unforeseen circumstances or logistical constraints. You agree to ensure that there is sufficient space and accessibility at the kerbside for the delivery to be made safely and lawfully. You will be responsible for moving the products from the kerbside to the desired location within the premises.
