Plastering sand has a fine, smooth textured and is a clean washed sand.

Also known as silver sand, river sand or mersey grit.

It is used for general plastering purposes, rendering and bedding.

It ensures a smooth finish.

The process of washing the sand ensures the risk of salt stains is minimised.

This process also reduces the risk of damp and shrinkage to provide a consistent crack-free finish
