RADISSEURS | SMALL GALV

Our small galvanised radisseurs are ratchet tools connected to galvanised line wire on fencing.

Radisseurs should be used on all types of mesh fencing to keep the fence taut and support at the top and sometimes on the middle and bottom.

Using our hog ring clips, plastic mesh, chain link fence, welded wire mesh, rabbit fencing, and chicken wire should be clipped to the line wire.

The ratchets are tied to the wire and round the anchor post.

The other end of the line wire is then fed into the radisseur and the spindle.

The wire is tensioned by winding the radisseurs spindle, and the ratchet mechanism stops the wire from slipping and un-winding.

A spanner or similar tool can then turn the spindle causing the wire to be wound around the spindle.
